Shipping information:
We will strive to ship your order within 24 hours of our receipt.
All dry goods will be shipped via UPS.
All livestock will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air Saver.
All livestock will be triple bagged with oxygen and enclosed in styrofoam within a corrugated box.
Heat and cold packs will be provided at no extra cost!
Certain heavy or large items may require an additional fee for shipping.
All shipping charges listed are for shipping within the continental United States.
If you are located outside the continental United States, please email us at cultivatedcoral@comcast.net for a shipping quote.
Sales Tax:
Cultivated Coral Inc. will charge 6.5% sales tax for orders shipping to Florida.

Livestock shipping charges for all other states:
Livestock enjoy a flat rate of $55 for up to 6 coral frags, fish, and clams.
Returns:
Cultivated Coral Inc. will accept returns of dry goods that are unused and unopened.
A 20% restocking fee will apply for returned items that are not defective.
We offer a "live arrival" guarantee for our livestock!
If you receive a fish, clam or coral that perished while in transit, you must notify us within 3 hours of your receipt and provide us with a photo of the deceased item still in the bag.
Cultivated Coral Inc. is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or mistakes made by the shipping carrier.
We will assist you with or file a claim with the appropriate carrier should your item be damaged while in transit.
